Northumberland Coastal Development

A new farm conversion development is due to commence in spring 2022, with a view to completion in spring 2023. The properties are located within a couple of hundred yards of a desirable beach along the picturesque Northumberland coastline which we anticipate will be popular as permanent dwellings and with the second home market.

The development includes new build homes and barn conversions retaining desirable features which will result in stunning accommodation.
