Current developments
Northumberland Coastal Development
A new farm conversion development is due to commence in late 2021, with completion anticipated in late summer 2022. The properties are located within a couple of hundred yards of a desirable beach along the picturesque Northumberland coastline which we anticipate will be popular as permanent residences, and second homes.
